- ACA CJul 29, 20212.0Unfortunately, this company isn't reliable. The gentleman who was scheduled to come to measure for carpet, never showed, and made me later for work. He never called. I called and was told the weather was too bad for him to come measure. When he did finally come to measure a time or two later after scheduled I never got my complete estimate. I have called three times in the last month to request the estimate and always get an excuse as to why I was not called back with the estimate and told they will call me back. It sadenss me to see a local company treat people like this, especially people trying to shop local.
