  At the beginning we were very excited to get our roof done. This company brought a work crew that was drinking alcohol on our roof. The crew was supposed to be certified to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They were not. It took 3 weeks plus us finding a crew on our own to reinstall the panels. It took 6 months to complete the job and we had to hire our own inspection because the roof wasn't done well. After the inspection and multiple phone calls, time taken off work and complaining, we got the roof fixed where the original crew messed up. This project was an absolute nightmare.

  I could seriously write a book in this review, but I’ll try to keep it short and sweet. I reached out to Michael because of critter damage that we discovered on our roof. I was only seeking an estimate for the damage in that particular area at the time. Michael requested for us to allow him to do a full roof inspection to determine if there was any legitimate weather damage that would be cause for a total roof replacement. Although I trusted Michael, I was very hesitant just because we had previously gone through two different inspections with two different companies filed claims and both were denied. Michael fought hard and fought long which resulted in a victory that provided a total roof replacement. He was able to accomplish what others could not do and were not willing to do! We could not be any more pleased with the service and the professionalism of the entire company.

  Visionary Restoration is an outstanding company. They handled the replacement of the roof, gutters and screen from working with the insurance company to job completion. The crews were professional and the work was top notch. I highly recommend this company.

  I really can't say enough quality things about Josh and Mike. They are humble, honest and provide HIGH quality work and genuinely have their customers best interest at heart.   Great service from Josh and his team - Josh made the effort to get up on the roof and document storm damage, submitted claim to insurance company, met with adjuster, and got claim approved and roof replaced as expected with no issues. We obtained 2 other roof bids but they did not get up on the roof and provided estimates but no mention of submitting insurance claim. Great experience. Thanks Josh.
