  I dealt with several employees at this company, and every one of them was helpful and professional, even before I'd spent a single dollar. They went above and beyond for me as a prospective customer, which set the tone for everything that followed. I hired them to replace the flashing and shingles around my chimney to fix a leak, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. That's almost unheard of these days. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

  Bryan was in the neighborhood and noticed the shingles blown from my roof. I would not have seen them possibly. He put a temporary patch on that day and gave me time to get other estimates. The actual repair took just a short time. When others on "NextDoor" asked about their shingle lost I posted your info as someone to call for repair or new roof.

  I cannot say enough about this company . We had a very traumatizing situation happen last spring … after the constant storms in our area resulting in damage to our roof and shingles and eventually resulting in a plaster ceiling collapse in our college age son’s room … while he was sleeping at 2am in the morning . Thankfully he was mostly ok . A swollen jaw and cuts to his face . I called many places .. and of course filed a claim with State Farm … our insurance Co of 30 years . Nothing was happening until Kerns got involved . I felt hope for the first time when I talked to Travis and Brian . Ultimately we have a beautiful new roof … the inside work was done by Kerns as well . Dan was superb . Insurance was pushed to do the right thing . And we could not be happier . I tell everyone I know about Kerns and am just thoroughly impressed with this company and its values and dedication to doing right by their customers. They did the roof job in one day and cleaned up beautifully. Don’t hesitate to call this company . They are truly a shining gem in this industry!!!!!

  I will never choose another roofing company. Kerns is professionalism, understanding and pure quality. The project managers make it their job to deliver premium work. The installers are polite and very respectful. Their time management skills are A+. As a mother of four children I needed my roof done quickly and efficiently. They are caring, great men on this team! Go with Kerns.

  We had minor wind damage to our residence and storage shed. Travis returned my initial call requesting someone to come out to inspect the damage. He came out the next day, arrived at the exact time that he had promised, and did an inspection. He explained what the cost would be and said a repair person (Dave)would contact me to set up a time. Dave called later that day and set a repair day with me. Dave came on that day, right on time, and completed the required repairs. As he left, he even gave me his personal cell number in case we had any other concerns/issues. Great service from both guys. Will use them again if need arises!
