    My installation of my window went smoothly and fast which was soo great because of the freezing temperatures this winter and the technician was friendly and professional so overall my experience was EXCELLENT!! Thank you again.

    First of all, I want to say the Window World customer service frontline is wonderful. Lucille is really on the ball and follows up promptly. Tiffany, in service, went the extra mile to make sure my needs were cared for quickly. I had a new entry door installed last year. It served me well until January near-zero temps hit, with high winds. Then I felt a draft around the door that was intense enough to lower the temperature in the house. Bill came out a couple of hours after I called and quickly worked his magic. Here we are, 3 days later with much lower temperatures outside and I feel no draft. Thank you to the three of you: Lucille, Tiffany and Bill for your help this week. I truly appreciate it!! P.S. The only reason I did not add the 5th star is because I had hoped I wouldn't have ANY cold-weather issues, considering the cost.

    I think it’s a little bit early to leave this review because the install was just done in November and I need to see how it reacts to the heat, but everything‘s so far has been excellent. Window World was able to match colors and give us the grid lines that we needed inside the custom window that they made for us at a very reasonable price. We shopped sole proprietors and big companies. They were not pushy like some of the other companies that want to offer gift cards if they don’t close you right away, which is just stupid. It’s kind of like the other company is saying we know that we’re charging you too much here’s some of your money back.
