- JMJason MillerMar 4, 20263.0Decent experience from the purchase to the installation.the only complaints i have is the metal trim around 2 of the 5 windows is bent up and looks bad.and the salesman reached out to us after the windows were installed to ask some financing questions and didn't to bother to ask if we were satisfied with the new windows. I guess it's all about the $$

The communication from the time i purchased through this survey was excellent. Best of all, the worker who installed my door treated the project like her was working on his is house. I have been recommending Window World to anyone looking for a door replacement and my next purchase will be through them as well.

Tiffany, in service, went the extra mile to make sure my needs were cared for quickly. I had a new entry door installed last year. It served me well until January near-zero temps hit, with high winds. Then I felt a draft around the door that was intense enough to lower the temperature in the house. Bill came out a couple of hours after I called and quickly worked his magic. Here we are, 3 days later with much lower temperatures outside and I feel no draft. Thank you to the three of you: Lucille, Tiffany and Bill for your help this week. I truly appreciate it!! P.S. The only reason I did not add the 5th star is because I had hoped I wouldn't have ANY cold-weather issues, considering the cost.
