  We had such a great experience with Jeff and the whole Kerns team. From our initial conversation to the last gutter everything was easy and seamless for us as customers. Jeff kept in communication on timelines, costs, and the process in general. The installation of a new roof, all new siding and trim, gutters, plus exhausting our kitchen and bathrooms came with no headaches. Any issue (if there was piece of siding that needed a little trimming for example) was immediately remedied. The teams took their time, especially on the siding, doing meticulous work while keeping the aesthetic exactly what we asked for. It’s truly a team, and everyone pitches in. They did everything they told us they would, and they did a fantastic job. Love the way our house looks! Would recommend Kerns Roofing and Jeff to anyone—oftentimes getting work done on your home can be a crapshoot of how it will go (and we have had terrible experiences with some other home improvement companies for other smaller projects) so if you want to ensure it will be a positive process, call Kerns.

  Kerns Roofing and Restoration replaced my neighbors roof and I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wanted to share a review! I was a little skeptical about the mess that would potentially get strewn into my yard but they were very clean and kept their tools and scraps contained. One employee, David McKenzie, was very respectful and addressed my concerns. He made sure that it was not a bad experience for the neighbors surrounding the customer who was getting the roof work and I appreciate that very much! Sometimes construction on a neighbor's house spills over to make issues for you and this was definitely not the case with Kerns Roofing and Restoration! Keep up the good work guys!

  I couldn’t be happier with the roof repair Dave completed on my home. From the start, he was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. He showed up on schedule, worked efficiently, and made sure every detail was handled with care. The quality of his work is outstanding—my roof looks great, and I have complete peace of mind knowing it was done right. Dave also went above and beyond by cleaning up thoroughly afterward and even checking nearby areas to make sure everything was sealed and secure. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work these days. Highly recommend Dave for any roofing needs—trustworthy, skilled, and dependable!

  When it comes to the roof of your home finding the right company to get the job done correctly is the biggest part of the project. Kerns roofing went above and beyond my expectations for this project. Everyone I spoke with on the team was professional and well educated in the roofing industry. The fact that they are able to work beside your insurance company and help ease the stress and headache of weather damage speaks volumes. They show up right away when you call for storm damage, and were on time each time they came to my house. They communicate very well and in a timely manner. The inspection was very well preformed. To assure no further damage was done to the roof David put a tarp on the damaged area. Leaving a peace of mind while we waited for our appointment. The quote was explained in detail and all questions were answered leaving nothing left uncovered. The entire time I was kept informed and never left in the dark. The job was completed very fast, the clean up was as if no one was ever there. All questions I had were answered. The warranties they offer for both new and repair are untouched. Leaving you with a peace of mind that if anything happens after they leave they back their work and will be back to assist! I would recommend Kerns roofing to any family, friend, or neighborsy. They treat you like family and treat your roof as if it is the roof on their home! I will be a returning customer for all my homes needs when it comes to the roof, gutters or siding projects.   I can’t say enough good things about David McKenzie and his team. From the very first conversation, David was honest, kind, and truly cared about helping me. He walked me through every step, made sure I understood what needed to be done, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. That kind of communication and care is hard to find these days. His crew worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and treated my home with respect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before they left, and you could tell they took real pride in their work.
