After another contractor suggested that we did not have an insurance claim situation, Mike suggested that we might, and he literally walked us through each step necessary to show the insurance company the extent of our damage. We are very grateful for this extra financial assistance, of course along with the roof replacement itself. The crew that did our work was amazing and efficient, leaving us with a perfectly completed and very clean job. We listened to our neighbors after their good experience with Kern’s, and we are very glad we did.

He made sure we always knew the next step and followed up afterward. You can tell he takes pride in his job and strives for excellence. Our roof was tricky to vent properly and Brian McKenzie thoughtfully took the time to explore all options, discuss with his team and find a good solution. The roof was completed in one day, with a hard working and efficient team. They were friendly and professional, carefully prepped everything and cleaned all debris. They are a well oiled machine and our roof looks beautiful. We also had some siding repair done. David McKenzie did a wonderful job, with the same kindness and professionalism. You can tell this is a company that focuses on excellent customer service and that culture is evident. Genuinely enjoyed working with them. We are so grateful to have a trustworthy contractor that we can wholeheartedly recommend to family and friends!
