  James was incredibly easy to work with and did an excellent job washing the house, porch, driveway, and sidewalks. From the initial contact to obtain a quote to the completion of my requests, James was polite, professional, and responsive. When getting a quote I was informed of a promotion I was not aware of - there was no pressure to accept, simply communicating the options. James arrived on time and he took his time to make my property look fantastic before leaving. When he was done, we walked around the house together to make sure everything was complete - there was total transparency with the completed work. I can't stress how easy it was to work with this company. I highly recommend using Elite Softwash and wish them continued success!

  James was a delight to work with!! From my initial contact to completion of the project agreed upon he was professional, transparent, consistent, timely, respectful and knowledgeable!!! He educated me on what I thought my needs were versus what my actual needs were... no upselling, no extra add ons and no pressured salesmanship. Arriving before our scheduled time, James and his team transformed our home to it's original beauty.... and then some!!! The entire experience was BEYOND a 10 out of 10 and I look forward to working with James in the future!!! (And yes, my neighbors noticed his fine work too.... I had no qualms recommending him to SEVERAL folks in our neighborhood 😊) James, thank you for making our home beautiful again, we appreciate you very, very much!!!
