  A huge thanks to Jay, his son and team. "I live in Texas and manage a rental property in Gibsonburg, Ohio, so finding a trustworthy local pro is everything. I cannot recommend Fremont Overhead Door enough and I’m saying that from my heart. They’re not a garage door business that are just looking for a payout. Which I have personally experienced with certain businesses before. Beyond their honesty, they did a fantastic job rebuilding my garage door opener and adjusting my door. They are even keeping an eye out for a quality used door for me to help keep costs down. It is rare to find this level of integrity and personal service. If you are an out-of-town landlord or a local looking for someone who won't scam you, call these guys. The whole team are tremendously nice people who truly care about their customers!   Very friendly. Came same day we called to quote us an estimate. Was here next day to install. They kept us updated with each step they were doing especially when they ran into problems. I highly recommend them. Thanks for our new door.

  Bad Experience. Charged extra for a vehicle sitting in the garage, without giving me the opportunity to move it. Shady practice because I didnt buy door from them, just service.

  Our garage door wouldn't open or close. Not only did Kole Gundy replace a defective sensor, but he went way above and beyond. He replaced the other old sensor, ran all new wires to sensors (old wires had been spliced in several spots over the years), and installed a track above chain to hide wires in so that they weren't running all across the ceiling, for a much neater and professional look. Not only that but he noticed the lock was no longer working and moved it so it would work properly and installed a safety screw on it as well (which other company who installed should have done). Just excellent service and all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this family owned business highly! If I ever have any more trouble with our door, I know who to call. Thanks Fremont Overhead Door!
