- TSTrevor SNov 7, 20241.0Equipment poorly maintained or not understood they blame it on the industry opposed to equipment. My experience was terrible. Unreliable equipment is not ideal for small businesses; it's not a great look. That's exactly what happened to me twice. Not only twice, but I also ended up having to give work away because they couldn't provide anymore, so I returned it a week early. The biggest hit was the first time it happened. The people at the desk were extremely nice to talk to, but they acted like they would do me a favor by the inconvenience. "I'm putting notes in here so we can make this right," they said, but ultimately didn't make it right. Lost a customer.
