Even stopped in mid-project to completely repair and replace a septic line. And then stopped again to replace a fence when a couple of very bad dogs got out. Very professional, respectful and kind; repeatedly came back to ask if everything was done to our satisfaction. Genuinely concerned about doing everything well and cared about what they were doing.

In addition to upgrading a guest bathroom. A broken front storm and leaky rear patio door were also replaced. Steve is an excellent listener and communicator. He answers texts and phone calls promptly. With his patient estimating skills he was able to accommodate my desired enhancements and renovation vision for the project within my budget. An unforeseen complication arose in finding significant hidden water and termite damage. Steve’s team was able to smoothly transition to the higher priority of repairing/replacing wood and siding without delay. The Shelton team are experienced, highly skilled workers, friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. I was so impressed with their abilities and craftsmanship. I had them come back to add a stackable washer/dryer with customized shelving to my kitchen pantry as well as installation of ceiling fan. I have employed many contractors over the years. This is the first one I have hired over and over again and would recommend them without hesitation. This is because they get the job done and do it right for a fair price.
