Kim in the office was really great to work with and her outstanding customer service skills definitely was one of the top reasons I selected this company. There was great communication throughout the entire process. They always arrived on time. The reason for only 4 stars is they installed the wrong sink. It was a completely different shape and style than what I wanted. They said the vendor gave them the wrong one and it just slipped by. Luckily there was a 60/40 sink that fit in the sink cutout. It wasn’t the one I wanted but I felt I had to go with that one or have seams that wouldn’t line up like the original. All in all it was good experience just disappointed that we didn’t get what we ordered.
