Jason is very rude when he came to measure and didn’t do anything he said he was going to do. Things were much different than what was originally communicated. Can’t send an email when he said he was going to or call the correct number right after giving it to him. Customer service and basic manners are lacking. Go anywhere besides here for your flooring needs!

Do I have to have an appointment?
You do not HAVE to have an appointment to come into our showroom and look around to get ideas or to see samples. We do ask you to make an appointment if you want quotes, requesting designing advise, or have technical questions regarding the flooring and it's manufactured specifics.
Where should I start if I want to have my flooring replaced?
There is no set way to start but we suggest you start with setting up an appointment so we can go to your space and get the measurements so we know how much flooring you will need before you come in and choose your flooring style and color.
Once we have had our spaces measured, will you call me and give me an appointment day/time to go in and choose my flooring?
No, we don't want anyone to ever feel pressured. We are also aware of the amount of spam calls in today's world and do not want to make anyone uncomfortable. We ask you to call us with your available times so we can schedule that time while the visual is still fresh and your measurements are complete.
Our strong suit is our education and knowledge of flooring so it's important that we get time to discuss these things with you at your convenience.
What if I can't get into the store before you close at 5:00?
Just call us and let us know what your hours are. We do offer later appointments for those who just can't come in by 5:00. We appreciate all of the hard working people who need to work until later in the day. We will always work with you.
Are you open every Saturday? or Sunday?
We are a small family owned/run business. We are open most Saturdays but not every one of them. We really suggest making an appointment if you need a Saturday to pick out some samples or to speak with someone from the office.
We have a very limited staff and we are very family oriented as well as active in the community so Sunday's are always closed.
Do I need an appointment to visit Classic Carpets & Flooring?
You can visit our showroom without an appointment to look around and see samples. However, please make an appointment if you want a quote, design advice, or have technical questions about flooring.
How should I start if I want to replace my flooring?
We recommend setting up an appointment to measure your space first. This helps us know how much flooring you'll need before you choose a style and color.
