  We highly recommend working with Jason and his crew at Classic Carpet and Flooring! I am going to leave a very detailed positive review since a lot of times people leave detailed negative reviews. I found Jason to be personable and honest upon meeting him. He came out to measure and gave us an overview of what to expect. We went up to the showroom where he helped narrow down our choices and was informative about the products. We picked out a product that afterwards I had my doubts about the thickness, we had chosen a 5 mm floor and something in my gut wanted it to be thicker. I sent Jason a text, letting him know my concerns and he called me back immediately to talk to me about the quality of product we had chosen. A couple of weeks later, I received a text from him saying he had gotten new samples in and one similar in look to ours was 10 mm and did we want to see it. I found this to be truly heart warming! Somewhere in the back of his mind he remembered that I wanted a thicker floor and reach reached out before our order had been placed. Installation by Zach went very smooth. He showed up every single day for two weeks on time and ready to work even through an illness for a couple days. We trusted Zach to the point of having him work in the house without us there at the end of the project. I cannot say enough good things about his work ethic and attention to detail. The dog and kids took to him and asked about him when the project was complete. We are now two months post installation and noticed a small separation in a high traffic area. I sent Jason a text about it and he responded immediately. We found a time that worked for both Zach and us for him to come and look at it. He came and fixed it without any major issue. Again, a great experience all around! I would highly recommend working with them for your flooring needs.

  Jason and his team have all been fabulous. Our installer, Zach, did a great job and was very respectful of our space. Jason has gone above and beyond multiple times, being so patient with us as we worked out our plan to get our flooring done. I didn’t catch her name, but there was also a very kind woman there when we went to pick out our flooring that gave our kids goody bags with coloring stuff to keep them entertained. The team is great. The work done is great. Our space feels completely transformed. We are very happy. No complaints!

  I highly recommend Classic Carpets for all your flooring needs. We had our main floor which had old carpet and Pergo flooring removed and they installed new vinyl plank flooring . We also had new carpet installed on the stairs and hallway on the second level. We love absolutely love it!! They offered a great selection and were very patient with us when we had a hard time deciding. The installers did a great job very courteous and hardworking. Don't hesitate to call them for all your flooring needs.

  Great to work and helpful with selections. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. Very happy with the install. Will definitely go back for our next project.

  Helpful, Professional. Definitely exceeded our expectations. They not only started sooner than expected, but finished In about half the time expected. Jason was a huge help, and seemed to be as concerned, if not more concerned, that we found a floor that we loved. We have dogs and with that was the concern of the damage they can inflict. The floor he recommended is holding up better than our last and cleans up awesome. An example of exceeding our expectations, Jason and his installer met on several occasions to come up with a solution to a difference in floor to make our baseboard and door casings look great. See attached before / after picture. Highly recommend
