- RRRiverOct 31, 20255.0UPDATE: It was a manufacturer defect in the Rheem water heater itself. The after hours service didn't fully understand what was happening. But the manager (owner?) called me and kept trying to coordinate with Rheem over the weekend and get it sorted, and kept checking in and following up, and stuck his neck out to get it resolved safely and at no additional cost. The guy was nice but they left A NATURAL GAS LEAK and when I called them, the said I'd have to pay $99 for them to even check their own leak. I had to call the fire department to shut it off and vent the house, and get a certified plumber to fix it.
- EBEmily BrumleyOct 27, 20251.0Sadly having to edit this…I had my crawl space encapsulated recently and I had that company out doing a few maintenance checks and they noticed a ton of water (5 gallons to be exact because they had to clean it up) sitting under the pipes that were replaced as well as the old pipes and trash laying around. That’s not even the worst part, the water that Matt and Caleb left had been covered up by a piece of insulation board which is now soaked and cannot be used…they also left the expansion tank hanging and not secured…I have a call in with Precision Plumbing but have yet to get a call back from them as they promised…not happy. Matt and Caleb did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater, expansion tank and many other pipes that had failed and needed replaced. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely be giving Precision Plumbing a call for any future needs and will be recommending them to friends and family!
