  Andre Gann was at our home for the yearly maintenance checkup of our ductless split AC system. He was very courteous, thorough, and explained every step he was performing in the checkup. We were especially impressed that he put on shoe covers when entering the house to check the indoor part of the system. An excellent employee that Ace Hardware Home Services needs to keep. Highly recommend this company.

  The service man showed up on time. It was respectable to my property and he was polite And his uniform was clean and complete.He performed his work in a timely manner and he did a thorough job. When he was done, he explained to me everything he did and he even showed me screenshots of his work along the way. He also showed me the observations of what what needed to be done to keep this thing working well. Very professional.

  Ty and Landon came out to clean my duct work. From the time they arrived until the job was finished they were both professional, courteous and explained thoroughly the job to be done. I would highly recommend these two young men. So respectful. In this day and age this is hard to come by in the younger generation. They get my business again and again. Five stars 🌟

  We contracted with Ace to install a furnace and A/C when our furnace was deemed inoperable during a service visit. Because we would have no heat, salesman Jason came to our home after hours and guided us through choosing a new system. Within 15 hours ACE had located our new HVAC units and scheduled to install it the next day. The installation team, Jimmy, Raymond, Austin , and Ty arrived promptly at 8 am that next day ready to install our new HVAC. They removed the old units and installed the new units in 6.5 hours. They were professional and friendly, stayed on task, and cleaned up after the installation. We appreciate the whole team going above and beyond to get our heat back on in cold winter weather!

  Furnace blower kept hanging up and finally called it quits on a Saturday night and house temp was falling. Called Ace Home services and they answered immediately and put me in contact with the tech on call - Kevin. Kevin arrived quickly and was very polite and professional even though it was after 11:00 PM. He checked the system, diagnosed the issue, and had a replacement part on his truck which he installed very fast. Everything was fixed and back running in about an hour. Kevin was very considerate of my family while he was there late and the pricing for the trip and the replacement part was very reasonable for an emergency call. Thank you
