- MMMichaelJun 23, 20255.0I can’t say enough about the professionalism this store has. Having a short time in the area to get a job done on a weekend and being out of the area is difficult already. Rented a machine on Friday to use on Saturday. After a frustrating morning not having any luck I called United rental and they sent out a service tech. Brian came out with a truck that looked like it had everything you need to work on just about anything. He was amazing and very skillful on what needed to be done. After he left I got a call on a Sunday as a follow up to make sure everything had went well. I have always rented from United and so happy with their service. Outstanding!!!
