I appreciate this so much because it then gives me an educated explaination if I ever need to call back in for the same issue. Especially when you’re vulnerable with out heat in the dead of winter. After we paid $8k and had a few follow up questions to help us understand the goods sold to us, they back peddled and refused to provide us with any information. Turns out they lied about what we needed to make a large sale.

- AMAndrew MeinekeDec 12, 20254.0Service (10/10): was timely, professional, and well done. We had a gas line to our fireplace turned off and capped to convert it back to a wood burning fireplace. Cost (7/10) little bit on the expensive side for the work that was done but, the work was good quality, and I'm sure dealing with anything gas related raises cost immediately. Customer service - scheduling (5/10): I called to schedule my appointment, and stated i was available all day on the service date agreed upon. I was instructed that they would call me before my appointment to confirm i was still available, but when the day came, they texted me instead. Unfortunately between my two kids and dog, I wasn't able to hear the text and was expecting a call anyway. When I didn't respond within 15 minutes of the text, they canceled my appointment!? I quickly reached out and they put me back on the schedule, but I was very disappointed that they never called before canceling an appointment when I already confirmed I would be home all day. Using text is great, but if someone doesn't respond right away, I feel its unprofessional not to call before canceling an appointment.
