- LBL B4 days ago5.0Blake E was out to repair a toilet with a slow leak. I also had concerns about the shut off valve not turning smoothly. He promptly assessed the issue with the toilet and gave me different options for repair. He then explained probable reasons why there were issues with the shut off valve and gave suggestions for keeping all of the shut off valves in working order throughout the house. He was able to fix the toilet and shut off valve quickly, was clean and neat, and very respectful of my home. Highly recommend Blake and Apex for any plumbing needs.

The service has been supreme in every aspect and Eric plus Levi were no exception. Courteous, check. Expert level knowledge, check. Polite, check. Great cable management, clean, on time, worked with my home and work schedule, plus a phenomenal 'work completed' write up for my insurance. If you need any electric work completed, call Apex and ask for Eric by name

Salesman Chris gave great recommendations for upgrading electrical outlets, breaker box, kitchen light and thermostat. Electricians Eric and his heler were excellent at installing all the many devices in a timely manner. The great HVAC team of Michael and Preston were excellent at installing the new smart home thermostat and furnace power surge breaker. And the office team was great at keeping in touch through the whole process.
- RBRussell BeanFeb 9, 20265.0Last week my furnace died. I had two companies come out and I was unable to get it fixed or replaced as my finances were tight and have a few credit issues. I was at wits end, my wife has stage 4 cancer and it was freezing in the house. I called Apex and they sent a project manager out named Darrell. When he arrived he immediately showed interest in my hobby of building model plane, which made me feel at ease. After discussing my issue and explains my wife’s health, he assured me that he would find a solution. He contacted a lender that was able to help us if we were able to open a checking account. Of course we don’t have a car, so he took me to the bank to get the account open. After everything was approved he called his office to have my new furnace install expedited. The personal service from Darrell was something I’ve never experienced and the Apex came through immediately and installed my furnace. This company deserves 5 stars and I will recommend them to anyone!
