They put in a good professional grade water heater and did a quality job. I have used them before in an emergency and they will be my first call in the future.

Amanda Plumbing scheduled a plumber for the next day and gave an estimate to replace the disposal. Plumber did a thorough inspection, confirmed our guess that the old disposal failed and replaced it with a new one he had on his truck. He even gave many tips on maintaining the new disposal so it might have a long life. I also like how quickly service was available.

The receptionist quickly returned my call and scheduled technicians to arrive that same morning. The technicians, Charles and Jake, did a great job clearing the sewer line using a hydro-jet system. The distance from the clean-out to the sewer main is relatively long, over 200', and they accessed the sewer main connection point to be certain the hydro-jet hose cleared the entire line. (Several years ago, when we had a similar blockage, Roto Rooter had snaked the line, but their snake was only about 100' long, less than half the length of the pipe.) Charles and Jake called me prior to arrival, explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions, and completed the entire process in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

Jimmy answered all our questions and explained every thing that was being done at our home. We truly appreciate his work, and the Amanda Plumbing company overall. They have been to our home for several different repairs and are always prompt and courteous.
