  I called on a Saturday explaining to them my furnace was not working They said they would come out but I would have to pay an emergency/weekend fee of $175 I agreed if they could fix my furnace I would agree then they said someone would call me back So this was at 9AM by afternoon I still haven’t gotten a phone call so I called them They said they would have my tech call me asap The tech calls n shows up shortly after only to tell me she has no parts on the truck and they would have to call me Monday before they order the part By late afternoon Monday I still haven’t heard from them so I call and I’m told they will order the part but I will need to pay another $125 I asked if they would take the $175 towards that n a rude lady was insisted she could not do that so I asked to talk to the manager and she connects me to another lady who couldn’t help me either so I once again asked to talk to manger I’m told he will not talk to customers nor will he agree to not charge me again So now it’s Tues and I’m wondering if my part was ordered n when will it be in I’m told it’s ordered and should be in Wed or Thur and that the manager says he will reduce my $125 to $50 ok I agree they call me on Wed with part and they send a different tech out to replace not one part but 2 now he has replaced the 1 part but says I don’t need the other part but I need 2 burners and once again I will get a phone call tomorrow to agree for them to order the part It’s not mid afternoon and I haven’t heard from them so I call again Yes the burners are ordered but I will need to pay another $50 How many more times am I gonna have to pay a fee because they can’t figure out what parts I need Keep in mind they installed this furnace just 5 years ago so the parts are on warranty I feel like they’re charging me service fees to make up for the parts

  Amazing in every way. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Every step from maintenance to purchasing a new unit to installing the unit was a good experience. I highly recommend this company. They take the sting out dealing with a failing AC system.
