  Needed my kitchen remodeled and my bathroom was in bad repair! Called W. E. Bilbrey and Bill came out himself with Michelle to meet with me and check every box I was asking for. The finished product took some time to get to but I couldn’t ask for a better job. Their guys in the field were always courteous and professional and their work speaks for itself. Thank you W. E. Bilbrey for your amazing job! I’ll definitely call you back when I get my basement redone 😊👍

  This review is for my mother in law as she is not keen with the internet. I am basing this review on the fact these people seem to judge the customers and not listen to what is wanted. We wanted the bathroom, back porch, hallway, and laundry room reconfigured/ remodeled, with us doing the demo as much as we can and helping with anything else. However, the young lady only focused on only the bathroom and acted like we could only afford the bathroom. We understand we have to get a loan to do all the work and that is not a problem, but we have to start somewhere in this house and that was what we decided. We was planning on doing the kitchen next come the spring. Also, it took 2 weeks just to get an estimate, sadly we ended up with a letter that basically stated they didn't have time for us. I suppose a simple phone call would take too much time. So much for that recommendation from our friends.

  To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I made a momentous decision – move to a larger home, or add a room to our house to give us more flexibility and improve our home entertainment options. We decided to add the room. We had no hesitation at all in contracting with Bill at W E Bilbrey General Contractor to do the project, since his craftsmen had remodeled a bathroom for us a couple of years ago. Obviously, we were quite pleased with the bathroom remodel, or Bill’s company would not have been considered again. We had a general idea of what we wanted – a large room with lots of windows, cathedral ceiling and its own heating/cooling system. Beyond that, Bill and his craftsmen helped us with all the miscellaneous details involved to make this project a reality. Everyone assigned to the job, from Bill’s employees to his sub-contractors, were extremely capable, reliable, courteous and trustworthy. A project of this undertaking is a true partnership, and we were quite pleased with the professionalism of those involved, and especially with the final outcome of the room. As friends, relatives and neighbors have viewed the new room, we get many positive comments. But you may never know how well others perceive it until you get unsolicited comments from true strangers. We’ve had that opportunity several times, and the most common comment we receive from them when they view the room is “Wow!” The room is truly amazing and more than fits the purpose for which we had it constructed. We still have other projects in mind, and we will again be contacting W E Bilbrey General Contractor when we are ready to start them. W. Lawrence Dykes

  To Whom It May Concern: Whenever I need repairs or a remodel on my house I always call Bill Bilbrey. His company has done several jobs for me in the past 10 years, both large and small. They have completed new construction (a garage) and remodeling (my bathroom) for me as well as a number of repairs. Their work is always of excellent quality and they use quality materials. My favorite part is how they clean up after themselves! Everyone is considerate of the homeowner and their concerns throughout the process of completing the job. When I have wanted repurpose materials from a job, Bill’s group has patiently honored my request and helped me move the materials to another location for my convenience. Whenever I have had a concern or question, Bill answers promptly and addresses the concern quickly. Unlike other contractors, he has never told me what I have to accept on a job or how much I would be willing to pay. Another contractor did that and they lost my business for life. Bill has always answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and gives service of the highest quality. He makes sure the customer is satisfied before the last check is written. I first met Bill when I was doing an internship in Occupational Therapy and I can attest that Bill treats everyone with the same courtesy no matter what their physical challenges may be. It is his personal touch that sets his company above the rest and I recommend his company to everyone that needs contractor services. No job is too big or small and each job receives the same consideration. You will not regret putting your home’s needs into Bill Bilbrey’s hands. Phyllis
