- TFThomas FrazierMar 22, 20261.0They sent me a flyer. Hot water inspection and tuneup , regular $150, right now $27. I did it. The guy came out hooked up a hose let it run for 5 minutes that’s it. Did not turn off power, did not cut off water. Did not other inspections on it. For over a week I have asked for a receipt of payment (on the guys phone), but none has come. They are ghosting me now. My advice, don’t offer something and get disappointed when I don’t have any more work for you. Just be honest, do a good job, and people will remember you when they do need you.
