  We are extremely grateful to Cynthia White, Kitchen Whisperer, for her expertise and thoroughness while working with us on a remodeling project that included gutting a kitchen, two full bathrooms, a 1/2 bath and laundry room.  We were new to the area so Cynthia's recommendations where to purchase flooring, ceramic tile and appliances at reasonable prices and good quality were invaluable to us. She helped us narrow down choices of tiles and flooring which go beautifully with our style home. Her suggestions regarding contractors with whom she had experience helped us to more easily narrow down which contractors to interview. We were thrilled to find Cynthia since she was one of the few designers who knew about European frameless cabinets which we preferred though she has access to all kinds of cabinetry ranging from custom to moderately priced cabinets.She took time to analyze what was important to us and how we like to cook and she made various suggestions regarding the design to make the kitchen functional and beautiful.  She also redesigned the owner's bathroom to make it more spacious and suggested various safety features so we can age in place.She made meticulous measurements for all the rooms and plotted out all the details of the room including location of the lighting, plumbing, and cabinets and appliances including where a wall would be moved. All these detailed plans which included updated electrical standards will be used by the contractor which makes costly errors less likely.  Thank you Cynthia, it's been a pleasure to work with you.

  We worked with Cindy to remodel our kitchen and first floor space. She had great ideas about space planning, listened to our needs, and helped to see the project through to finish. We never felt rushed with Cindy. It truly seemed that her goal was to help us to make our house the best it could be and to make it so we were happy in our space. We highly recommend her and would choose her again without any reservations. Her knowledge saved us time and money in the long run.

  Cindy did an amazing job listening to my needs and wishes, showing me ideas I had not thought of. She walked me through the functionality of my kitchen and the aesthetic as well. The final product is wonderful. I definitely recommend Cindy for your project.

  I worked with Cynthia while at Centerville Building and Design in late winter/early spring of 2018. Cindy listens to what is important to you for your space and works collaboratively. Cindy assisted with the selection of products and materials that are functional, durable, and gorgeous! She offered insight and guidance that can only come from years of experience offering choices of which I was completely unaware. My kitchen space was small and her creativity and eye for design allowed for expanded storage and functional workspace. I am grateful for the enjoyment that continues to be brought to me from the beautiful and practical kitchen that Cindy designed for me!
