Before them I have worked with multiple other contractors and can honestly say no other projects have gone as smoothly as they have with W.E. Bilbrey. They have done jobs for me ranging from remodeling bathrooms to remodeling an entire apartment building. The work they have done on each project has been exceptional. The crews and representatives were always on time and easy to get hold of. They leave their work areas clean at the end of each day, not just when the project is over. When quoting the projects I felt listened too and that they did their best to do what I wanted done. Also, at the start of each project they did a good job explaining what to expect and giving me realistic timelines. Bill is easy to work with and has handled all the unexpected issues that come with any project professionally and calmly. Anytime an issue did arise it was addressed honestly, openly, and quickly. They also have been flexible in working with me, allowing me to do certain parts of the projects myself to save on cost. At the end of each project they assured I was happy with what was completed and stood behind their work. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to have quality work done.
