Recently I had a situation where my door would not open and my car was trapped inside. The little "disengage" pull lever inside did not allow me to open the door and we had a trip planned the next day for the car inside. I called and Kettering Overhead Door had someone at my house early the next morning. The tech immediately got my car out and had the door totally fixed within an hour (replaced a broken spring). In a time when you cant get people to answer the phone, much less show up and do a repair, these guys had someone at my house pronto and had the job done with no drama and no issues at all. Highly recommend!
