I was shocked to hear how dismissive and down right disrespectful the man working the store was towards her. Looks like I’ll make the drive to other suppliers after her experience today. Ferguson, I wouldn't have the man working the storefront handle customers anymore if you want to keep customers.

Trying to find a dress up kit for a unit that is actually all concrete and the fixture itself other than the tub spout is over 60 years old.
