  I have used Ferguson before and never had issues. I sent a coworker to grab a part today and the customer service she received at the store was appalling. I was shocked to hear how dismissive and down right disrespectful the man working the store was towards her. Looks like I’ll make the drive to other suppliers after her experience today. Ferguson, I wouldn't have the man working the storefront handle customers anymore if you want to keep customers.

  My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!

  I'm just a homeowner who happened to know which water softener I wanted. Ferguson and their staff went above and beyond for me and my family. I arrived with a minivan which couldn't transfer the item I was purchasing. It was after 3pm on a weekday, and we were projected to have a winter storm that evening, leaving most businesses unsure about ops the next day. My hubby and father were going to install the device, so I couldn't just call my plumber and ask them to pick up. The sales associate spoke with the owner to see what they could do to help me out. They ended up delivering the item for me. I asked what I owed, and he said nothing. I couldn't believe it! I would have happily paid $69 plus for same day delivery given that my dad was on his way from 2 hours away to work on the install that night/next day. The delivery man was just behind me within 10-15 mins. Absolutely unbelievable service at a place where I felt they truly cared about the customer. Background: Hubby called and got the quote, told me where to pick if up. I arrived around 3pm on a weekday. Man at the counter couldn't find a record of my order, but was quick to help figure it out. We joked around a bit about sports, etc. I asked about a military discount, which he said they do not offer. However, due to the confusion of my order he worked with me. I also asked about what I may need to install. He walked me to the storage area and showed me what I needed, which I happily purchased, even though I figured I could find the same thing for a few $ less at Lowe's. Rest of my experience was just amazing. Would recommend anyone check this place out!
