Not only are we the premier, family owned, 2nd generation flooring store for all your flooring needs, we now offer our Rug Studio located right on site. This concept was created in 2015, providing a unique service to our clients. Offering a customization to rug purchasing. Rooms are not always standard sizes that programmed or stocked rugs fit. Our rug studio allows clients to choose from any carpet sample in our showroom at the size and shape that fits their space. Our rug artisans cut and bind to finish the rug for the room. Since I have no idea how to shop for carpet I left it up to her. After showing me several types of fabric and colors I picked out the one I wanted. I felt the price matched the type of carpet she showed me. Very reasonable. Every employee I came in contact with was just like Lisa. Friendly and polite and very professional. I highly recommend Bockrath.

We decided to replace all of our first and second story carpet with a quality, soft and homey new carpet (recommended by Doug & Erin). We also replaced our basement carpet with LVP. From start to finish, Doug and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. There is something so invaluable about premier customer service, and Doug provides just that. Doug personally came out to our house multiple times to make sure our projects were perfect, and he always gave us great guidance and advice. We have many more projects still to do, and we can’t wait to continue working with Bockrath Flooring on all of them! Thank you for being part of our journey in making our first house our home!
