  Excellent Experience!!! We were very blessed to be able to do business with Bockrath carpeting. Dave was our sales person and spent a great deal of time helping us to get everything just right. He came out to the house and made an assessment of everything that we needed to make the job perfect and then installers came out and were exemplary in every way possible. Not only that we had a lot of items that needed to be moved and relocated, and they took care of everything. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Twenty five years ago we had Bockrath install new flooring. Because they were so professional and had good quality flooring, we chose to have them upgrade our wood floors and carpet, Again, the entire staff was enjoyable to work with, and the new flooring is impressive. I highly recommend Bockrath.

  Want to extend our thanks to Bockrath Flooring & Rugs for their sales expertise and installation of the carpet we recently purchased for three rooms. Rachel, Sales and Design Consultant, did an exceptional job working side-by-side with us as we reviewed a great selection of carpet options. Rachel understood our preferences and provided valuable assistance in our final selection. How many design consultants would permit their customer to vacuum their carpet selection to be sure it met their final requirements before purchasing?! Rachel understood her customer and always ensured she was meeting our needs. She did so very professionally and patiently and there was never any pressure to make a selection and decision quickly. Floor covering installer, Rick and his team, did an extraordinary job laying, stretching, and finishing the carpets. A highly skilled and professional team who treated our home like their own. The team carefully moved and returned all the heavy furniture to its original location. They were a pleasant and courteous team who walked in the door with supplies in hand ready to start work. They never stopped working until the flooring was finished. Bockrath Flooring & Rugs utilizes high-quality spillproof carpet padding providing ideal cushioning with significant spring back in the carpet. The padding utilized is a fantastic shock absorber leaving no compressed foot traffic and minimal furniture marks. This superior support will definitely prevent the carpet from wearing out prematurely, extending its lifespan. Our new carpets turned out beautifully bringing the rooms alive again with freshness and color.   Bockrath Flooring of Dayton did a fantastic job on our new carpeting, everything from the showroom visit-Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about carpet and was courteous and helpful during the home visit to take measurements to the install team which was Rick, Barb and Dustin who installed our new carpet and was prompt both days onsite along with being courteous and helped move large furniture items and did a fantastic installation. We love our new carpet and will seek Bockrath Flooring for future flooring needs, I give them a 5 star plus rating for a job well done! Thank you Lisa, Rick and crew for a Great job!
