My old Pepsi vending machine had stopped cooling, and Jeff came out to troubleshoot the issue. He quickly identified the problem and walked me through several repair options at different price points, which I really appreciated. I decided to go with a brand new compressor, and it was absolutely the right call—the machine is now running like new and should last for years. Jeff was professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the process. He came out twice—once to diagnose and once to install the new compressor—and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his follow-up call after the job to make sure everything was still holding temperature. That level of service is rare. I’d highly recommend him for any refrigeration needs.
