  Rachel, Matt and Joe were a fabulous team to work with ! Rachel knew the product very well and helped us pick beautiful flooring. Joe was knowledgeable about what needed to be accomplished. Matt was an amazing installer and made our home beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  used Bockrath's rug cleaning service for my oriental rugs. They came back almost unrecognizably bright and clean. The colors seemed to glow as if brand new after over thirty years on the floor. Cameron, Brad and Marshall were the pick up and delivery guys for me, and they were so careful with my antique furniture, and measured the rug and my room for perfect placement of things. I highly recommend Bockrath because of this element of their service.

  I recently got this custom rug from Bockrath and I’m honestly really impressed. The rug fits the room perfectly and adds a lot of personality to the space. The design with the large “R” and heart came out exactly how I pictured it, and the quality feels thick and well-made. What I liked most was how customizable everything was. They helped create a rug that matched the room layout and style instead of just picking something off a shelf. Their Rug Studio is known for making rugs in specific sizes and shapes to fit a room, which is exactly what I needed here. The staff were friendly and helpful during the process, and you can tell they care about the work they do. The store has been a family-run flooring and rug business serving the Dayton area for decades, and that experience definitely shows in the final product. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Bockrath if you want a rug that’s custom and high quality. This one completely pulled the room together.

  This was a wonderful experience! We love our new carpet. Rachel Upton was very helpful in finding just the right carpet for our home. She was very accommodating and so easy to work with. Scheduling was very easy. The installers... Rich, Eric, and Cameron...were always on time. They were polite and very professional. We would recommend Bockrath to anyone looking for flooring to make their home special!

  After reading reviews we decided to go with Bockrath for a runner on our stairs, and so happy we did, they exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in until installation was complete- I can’t thank Lisa and her team enough for everything they put together for me and extremely patient with us during a difficult time - and Greg the installer was very prompt, professional and did an amazing job, and took pride in his work- we highly recommend Bockrath 100% we will definitely call back for work we need in the future- thank you so much
