  I had a great experience working with Samuel Ford. What really stood out to me was that he wasn’t just trying to make money—he genuinely cared about fixing the actual problem the right way. That level of honesty is hard to find. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience behind him. You can tell he understands what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. He was also great at listening to what I needed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, his problem-solving skills are excellent. He was able to figure things out efficiently and communicate everything clearly along the way. Not everyone has the level of skill and professionalism that he does. I would highly recommend Samuel Ford to anyone looking for someone reliable, experienced, and genuinely committed to doing the job right.

  Jesse O diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them. Excellent tech with experience and knowledge to service the customer properly and efficiently. Thank you to all the Apex Pros team members involved. Excellent communication from Myka. Branden, thank you for taking care of us and getting us set up with the care bear membership.   Rocco and Nick were incredible to deal with. They were at my home by 8:50 well in the timeframe that was established. Both technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They took the time to explain the process step by step to find the lighting issue. Once the type of service was agreed upon, Rocco looked for discounts that could be applied and actually helped lower the cost a little bit. After work began, they explained what they were doing and showed the fault that was found. The issue was resolved in just a little over an hour. Everything was buttoned up and ALL trash was cleaned up. Very efficient and didn’t take up my entire day. I would recommend Rocco and Nick 10/10 times. Thanks for the insights on potential, future problems and the professionalism, Rocco.

  First time using Apex and I had a great experience using them for a blown circuit and electrical panel repair. We had a ton of other electrical issues and shoddy wiring. Shout out to Rocco and Nick, who did a great job, were very thorough and professional. Great customer service too. They took the time to explain the issues I had, walked me through the services that I needed and worked with me on pricing. As they found other issues, they were upfront about them and explained options to address them. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try pressuring me into work that I didn’t want or need. I have no electrical background but they took time to explain everything and left me feeling informed and empowered to make the right decisions. I’ll be using Apex again, and likely for other services based on my experience today. If you’re looking for electrical work, you can’t go wrong with Apex.

  Overcharged to cut wood pole, disconnect electric For outside light. That was just hotwired in garage, per technician. Was supposed to put the electric cord in a box tech said it wasn't needed and refused to do it. I filed a complaint we'll see what they say. Also predatory pricing on elderly almost $800 for about 15 minutes of electrical work. Tech demanded half cost up front, however he took the entire amount of the credit card, nothing was done but they already got paid up front. accepting the entire cost before the work was ever done is illegal. Never provided us with any paperwork not even a receipt I had to ask for it the only work with the computers. Don't use them. The whole time the guy is here he's trying to get us to upgrade our panel telling us it's going to cost us about four grand and why he's leaving he says oh yeah we really need to do that we really need to consider having them come back and fix the grid I won't have them come back and change the toilet paper on the role here at my house they can't come back to my house ever. I called and complained and they're advocate keeps calling my house I don't want to talk to no advocate send us a check in the mail
