  Top notch crew and Sue is awesome to work with! We had water damage to existing hardwood which Klassic installed 25+ years ago. Sue was so patient working with us with all our nuances with the insurance company. Her crew is top notch and very knowledgeable! Excellent job!! Can’t thank them enough!

  Klassic did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors at a great price, my only issue is they don't have very good communication skills.

  Klassic Flooring is worth your time. When no other company cared enough to work with our budget Klassic Flooring did in fact help us. In the process they cut no corners. In fact, they went the extra mile to make sure the end product was that of quality. The employees were knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We will use them again when we have the budget to do so.

  Highly recommended- Sue was very good to work with, this company has a very knowledgeable staff with decades of experience from start to finish. We had our main floor ranch installed with white oak and looks awesome! Thanks to all of the staff and installers for a job well done; Sue, Fred, Bud and Rob.

  Let me start this review by saying that the quality of the floors turned out well. And that’s the only good thing we have to say about this company, which is why it’s not a 1-star review. Their customer service skills do not exist. Sue (manager/owner?) is absolutely terrible at answering the simplest of questions. She was difficult to work with from the moment we paid our 50% deposit. Up until she received our money she was mostly pleasant. After that, it seemed like she didn’t feel she needed to be friendly or accommodating. She was condescending when answering our questions and failed to mention that their business would be short staffed. This delayed our job severely. She originally told us it would take 7-8 working days after sanding had begun. The job took a total of 26 days to complete. She was unapologetic about this delay, and subsequently it delayed the move into our new home as well as other renovations that were planned. She also refused to bring the price down to compensate for the very serious delay. After asking her about it, she blamed the delay on us saying the air conditioner wasn’t working well enough for the floors to dry, even though we had it set to 72 degrees during the 90 degree days in August/September. Overall, this company needs a major training course on customer service. Use them only if you’re ready for major headache, frustration, and never getting complete answers to simple questions.
