  I live in Michigan, but I hired Transit & Flow to handle plumbing work at my parents’ home in Dublin, Ohio. They diagnosed the water heater issue and replaced the corroded pipes quickly and professionally. The pricing was fair, and their dispatcher, Yelinda, went above and beyond by keeping me updated every step of the way while I was out of town. Excellent communication, quality workmanship, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Transit & Flow for plumbing and water heater services.

  I normally fix my own stuff at home but this clogged drain I was having hard time with. I quoted with 3 different companies before deciding to go with Transit and Flow. I can tell you for sure they are different, in a good way. They know what they are doing and the price is fair!

  We called about a leaky outdoor spigot over the weekend. Right off the bat, we were impressed by their fast response and professionalism. They worked with us to find a time that worked within our work schedule, and we booked for two days later (as the issue wasn’t urgent). Although we ended up resolving the issue ourselves before the appointment, we received fantastic customer service and care throughout. We feel confident we will reach out to Transit & Flow for our next plumbing need.
