I requested an inspection on my downspout from them and they sent a technician the same day within a few hours. The technician was Devonte. He was professional and very honest. He explained the system for me clearly and share some expectations upfront. I really like his humanity side and represents his company well.
- JJJill Wical (Jilliebear05)5 days ago1.0Didn't get any service from them at all. Easter Sunday I caught a gas leak that led to my gas being shut off. The rep that came out verbally recommended this company. I made an online appt for Monday the following day. In order to be present for the repairs I had to call off my 3rd shift job on Sunday night. The company, tech, receptionist , not a single person showed up or called to confirm they would or wouldn't be here. I rearranged a very serious doctor's appt for this no call no show. My doctor's appt led to a stat CT. I am incredibly upset at the behavior of this company. I got a call from a tech from this company 2 hours after the latest arrival time from their 4 hour service window. I told him no that I no longer needed their services and I went with a different company. His reply was that "well there were personal reasons we couldn't be on time today". The point is that my livelihood, and health were both put on the backburner for a company that doesn't have enough respect to give a simple phone call or take responsibility for their lack of discipline in keeping appts. If you no call no show at any company they're likely to fire you. So no, you may not have my business! I'll never recommended this company to anyone.

They did this for me about five years ago. My service man was very professional and took care to do his best. Price increased significantly in five years but otherwise, I’m satisfied with the outcome. They did however, offer once again a senior discount.

- PHPaul HelselMar 15, 20265.0Overall was a great experience, had a toilet that was never seated properly, and the flange set up was a little strange (homeowner special). The technician Chris was prompt, explained everything and redid the set up correctly. I'm sure there are cheaper plumbers in town, but both times I have used Waterworks the job is done correctly, reliably, and on time. That makes it 100% worth it in my book

No we do not, and here's why: our best practice is to get a technician on site to fully determine the scope of the work. The tech will provide all pricing prior to beginning any work. We do not charge a service call fee or dispatch fee to get the technician on site.
Do you provide heating and cooling services?
We do! The Waterworks services all makes and models of systems and offers a free second opinion on another competitor's quote. We have saved some homeowners thousands of dollars.
