  We had Swan fabricate and install two custom glass shower doors after renovating the shower walls. I removed a pair of by-pass shower doors to perform the renovation. Those by-pass doors were also made by Swan 34 years ago when we built our home new. These doors performed flawlessly without any problems at all. We simply wanted to upgrade the look with new doors. We went to their showroom on McKinley and were met by Jim Ebert who asked us the particulars regarding what we were looking for. Jim was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about Swan’s products making recommendations we had not considered. Swan had a person come to our home to precisely measure both showers and turned the measurements in to the fabrication shop. In about 2 short weeks our new shower doors arrived with Swan’s professional installers: Chad and Noah. These two, along with each associate we encountered at Swan were also friendly, professional, and craftsmen expertly installing each component of our new shower doors. Chad and Noah left our home immaculate even cleaning the new glass! From start to finish the friendly professionals at Swan receive my highest recommendation of 5 Stars. They fabricate and install excellent, high quality products that stand the test of time! We love our new shower doors!!

  Customer service is not good at all. Very difficult to get in touch with someone for repairs. Even when connected the representative was quick to rush me off the phone, did not tell the technician all my issues, and also quoted me the wrong price.

  It was horrible don't know the guy's name but he was treating his employees wrong like showing favoritism to some of others.
