Had a financial hardship happen 2 weeks later and asked if I could please get my down payment back to help me through this financial hardship, admittedly I was outside the allowable cancellation timeframe in the contact. My sales person said he would have his supervisor call me. 2 weeks later and still have not received a call. I realize I signed a contract but reputable companies (and people) usually are understanding and compassionate in extenuating circumstances.

We wanted to wait until august but we ended up being able to sneak in the install date early June to avoid the heat. We benefited from the buy 2 get 2 free deal and saved a bunch. Our old windows had never been replaced and we are very happy with them. We cannot hear our noisy neighbors anymore and the birds. The windows are easy to open and they no longer let the heat come in. The meet with the sales guy went smooth and he was very helpful in explaining everything and gave us the best deal in town. We even compared quotes and it was the best one. The installation was quick and took not even a full day.
