The Water Works team diagnosed the problem (open pipe was NOT capped correctly) that was behind a cabinet and a wall. Fixed the problem for much less than the initially quoted price and did so in a timely manner. We will not hesitate to call upon Water Works for any future pluming issues.

Great job from Waterworks. Everyone is very helpful and work very efficiently. Have to replace a central air conditioner where the manufacturer did not put the Freon in the first place. However, everyone works hard to install the replacement central air conditioner the next day. The furnace was installed very well, works excellently.

We should have known better! We had a different company come out, even though we've known Wife & Sons for years. (The service charge was $10 less.) They told us we had a hole in our heat exchanger, and needed to turn off our furnace until we got it replaced! He was pretty pushy about getting our 10-year old furnace replaced, ASAP. We called Waterworks and the guys were very thorough & courteous. They told us there is no hole in our heat exchanger, and were a little suspect of the picture the other technician showed my husband of our supposed hole. They said it would have been impossible to see the heart exchanger from that angle. Hmmm. They completed several other services on the furnace while they were here. Highly recommended.

I want to start off by saying that the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is due to my experience with the gentlemen who came in to fix my toilet. They were very kind and professional, and they technically fixed the problem, but created a different one. My toilet needed resetting and a new valve due to being old. They came in, fixed the problem and replaced my valve. The following day I came home, and as I’m walking in my back door I hear gushing water. I rushed into my bathroom and take off the lid of the back of my toilet to water gushing everywhere. I turned off the water to my toilet to get it to stop gushing water and was able to drain my toilet but didn’t know how to fix the problem because I’m not a plumber. I called waterworks to explain what is going on and that obviously something has happened as a result of them working on it yesterday. I was told the soonest they could get me scheduled was two days away and when I explained that this was the only working toilet in my home, the gentleman stated he would let dispatch know, and that someone would reach out to me about availability because it was an emergency due to my household not having access to a toilet.
After hours of waiting, no one contacting me about an estimated time of availability, and not having a working toilet, I started watching YouTube videos, googling different toilet parts, and after 20 minutes of work was able to fix the problem which after watching the videos, I realized was due to the original plumbers not putting something tight enough on to secure a part which is why there was gushing water. (As a side note, I noticed while I was fixing the toilet that when they resealed it, the toilet now sits at a slight angle that it wasn’t sitting at before. On its own I would not care about that, but combined with everything else, I think it does deserve a mention as well). My toilet is working great now with no issues. I am disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars that they could not give me a timeframe of when they could fix their mistake and left my household without a means to use the restroom for hours. By the time I was contacted, I was at work and wouldn’t have been available for them to come into my home to fix the mistake. If I had known a timeframe or if anyone had contacted me about when I needed it to be available for it to be fixed, I wouldn’t have fixed it myself, would have been patient, and would have tried to make myself available. The lack of communication, the multiple mistakes made, and the initial blow off when I called to report the issue of initially wanting me to wait two days FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE to be fixed is why I will not be using their services again.
