- MDMatt D'ArcyJun 5, 20245.0Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers came out on the scheduled day and put in some very good-looking windows. I mentioned I did not like the way one window was done. Jon came out and looked at what the installer did. He agreed it could be a little better. So, he fixed it on the spot. I had questions after they were done and paid. Jon was patient and answered everything. Very honest, fair and professional. I recommend.
