She’s is a wizard with a measuring tape, and seems to somehow see behind the walls with a knowledge of what’s happening beneath the surface. She has a vision and a direction, but she also let my voice be heard and was able to work with me to end up with a final product that is functional and gorgeous. She was approachable and attentive in ways that I haven’t seen before. I recommend this company, and Jessica specifically, to anyone in need of a new kitchen space. From start to finish, you can trust all of it.

The day after we moved, we noticed four areas where the countertop chipped off. We denied any warranty on it, and Rockford Homes got some company to fix it, but they made it worse. Now, we are left with an 8k countertop that is chipped.

Been sitting almost 12 hours waiting for them to unload me , a few forklifts around and they can’t unload me ? Bad place can’t even answer a phone to even schedule an appointment for delivery . Won’t be coming here again
