    Extremely Disappointed with Build Quality I regret choosing Rockford Homes. The overall build quality—both interior and exterior—is extremely poor. From the materials used to the finishing work, everything feels rushed and below standard. It honestly feels like a 3rd-grade builder charging premium prices for low-quality results. What’s even more frustrating is that the home was delivered unusually fast, clearly to close before the tax deadline on the lot. That rush shows everywhere in the workmanship. For the price they charge, you expect professionalism and attention to detail, but instead you get shortcuts and issues from day one. I would not recommend Rockford Homes to anyone looking for a durable, well-built home. Spend your money with a builder who values quality and customer satisfaction instead of cutting corners.

    Overall very positive home building experience. Sales personnel were knowledgeable, informative and realistic. The design center was instrumental in summarizing and coordinating our selections. Build process oversight was outstanding. Issues were promptly addressed. The build was efficient and timely and the workmanship first rate. Very happy in the new house.

    The Rockford sales team is second to none. We feel that Rockford has the best home designs and neighborhood plans. The management of the build was good with excellent communication. The quality of contractor work for the most part was good but there is room for improvement in a few areas. This is our first new build so our basis for comparison is small. There were mistakes made that were surprising to me from such a well established company. However, the mistakes were corrected immediately with no questions asked. Overall we are completely happy with our new home!
