  I would strongly suggest NOT to build with Rockford. Extremely poor quality, and incompetent customer service. Change of attitude after sales. Overall bad management from sales, finance to delivery.

  I would strongly suggest to NOT build with Rockford. They only care about themselves and not the customer. The sales rep, Tina Hoffman, was good in the beginning but completely left us out to dry with Zero support after we were in contract. Overall, They are greedy, not helpful and refuse to fix issues that they created. Bart, the construction manager would go weeks without responding to our questions. Even though we would have concerns he would not answer them and then they all got covered up by drywall by the time he answered. Jim Lipnos, the director of land met me on our property to discuss a transformer that had been placed 2 feet from our driveway. We were asking that they take accountability for not updating the plans and moving the transformer over 4 feet when we added a third car garage. He was rude, unapologetic and told me he will have it removed completely and give me a box of candles. Do not use this builder. There are better that will treat you with respect and courtesy you deserve.

  Extremely Disappointed with Build Quality I regret choosing Rockford Homes. The overall build quality—both interior and exterior—is extremely poor. From the materials used to the finishing work, everything feels rushed and below standard. It honestly feels like a 3rd-grade builder charging premium prices for low-quality results. What’s even more frustrating is that the home was delivered unusually fast, clearly to close before the tax deadline on the lot. That rush shows everywhere in the workmanship. For the price they charge, you expect professionalism and attention to detail, but instead you get shortcuts and issues from day one. I would not recommend Rockford Homes to anyone looking for a durable, well-built home. Spend your money with a builder who values quality and customer satisfaction instead of cutting corners.
