I told the owner that I wouldn't leave a bad review (which is not something I typically do) but I do believe in giving honest reviews. First - I saw a previous review for this shop stating that the persons car smelled of cigarettes for days after having their windows tinted. I messaged the shop before scheduling and asked about the smoke specifically and received a response that the owner does smoke, but not in the shop. When my son and I brought our cars to the shop, the smell of cigarettes hits you right in the face. Oh well, we're here, let's just get this done. We brought them two brand new vehicles (2025 Hondas). First car we got back and there was a gnat in between the window and tint. They quickly addressed it and the tint work they did was beautiful, really. Where things went south: When we picked up the vehicles, we noticed the rear seats in both vehicle were deformed. We were told (after the fact) that in order to get the tint behind the third brake light, they had to remove the back decking of the seat and the bolts for the trim were under the seat. Right then and there, they should have contacted me to let me know what they would have to do and give me the option. Instead of removing the rear seat, (which would have been the smarter move) they folded up both sides of the seat which put a crease in the leather and when you opened the door, you can see the foam under the side of the seat. They said it would settle down and go back to normal but after a week and adding weight, no improvement. I call them back and they start to fix the first car and I said "I don't want any zip ties or glue used to fix this, I want it back to the way it was when I brought it in". They said they fixed it by steaming it and threw in a complimentary visor tint for the trouble. Days later, the seat is popped back up and the along the side of the seat there was all kinds of glue. Of course I am furious, this is a brand new car and I told them specifically not to glue the seat down. Anyhow, I address it and there were lots of excuses. Owner says "we've never had to do that to the seats before", which made me feel great that my car was the guinea pig for this kind of install. I told him I wanted my money back. By this time I was back for a 4th time! He tried to get me to agree to half which was insulting. A "Quality" Business Owner would not only make things right, but in this case should be more than willing to offer a full refund. Moral of the story, the tint is quality, the service and care of your vehicle is less than.

had Mark do the windows on my Chevy Silverado - quoted me a price and took care of my truck. It did take a few weeks to get it in, but I had it done during the spring last year so I thought he'd be busy. Well, after I got my truck back I see why he was so busy - The work IT TOP QUALITY. The strip across the front made such a huge difference in my driving experience. I've had it now for almost a year and there has been ZERO issues. I picked up a Volvo s60 and I'm getting ready to bring it in also. Mark was up front and knowledgable about the tint laws and what was and was not allowed in certain areas. His shop is clean and right off the interstate, which was very convenient (I guess his old location was harder to find in 09') Thanks for the good job fellas!
