Why's my quote different from what I asked? Why don't I have a quote number? Why didn't I get a new quote when I had it updated? Why do they have to recreate the quote each time I call? Why haven't I gotten a call-back anytime it was promised? The list goes on and on, it's extremely embarrassing. I wasted about 4 hours of my time dealing with their disorganization for a tiny <$300 order. Go somewhere else.
