  We wanted James Hardy siding and researched 3 different companies. All 3 were similar cost wise but we chose Newlook as it was clear that the owner, Ed, was most concerned of the end result and our satisfaction. He offered suggestions which the others just wanted the job. We are ecstatic of the result. Even hired again for storm door based up our siding experience and the didnt disappoint. Both crews were perfectionist and went above what was agreed. Cant recommend enough. A great independent company not a chain in which you deal directly with the owner....who cares deeply!

  Fantastic experience. I got all my windows and siding done here and the owner and the crew did a great job at a great price. Quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, all at a competitive price. Would absolutely recommend.

  Although they couldn't take on my project, Ed was professional and upfront about it. They took the time to understand my needs and gave me insight to help me find someone who could help. I truly appreciated their honesty and helpful guidance—great customer service!

  Great experience, very pleased! Would highly recommend! Ed & company went above and beyond. Ed clearly cares about the reputation of his company and providing a high value to his costumers. The overall experience and end result was excellent. I had major fire damage to my home. Newlook replaced all siding, gutters, windows & the rear exterior door. They also redesigned / constructed a new front porch roof which Ed designed and was personally involved in it's construction. Multiple neighbors have commented on how good it looks and I fully agree. They did a great job! Photo note: I chose to keep the old "green" front door instead of replacing it. I intend to paint it a different color once we're done with the interior work.

  Ed and his team replaced the exterior trim around our house that was rotting. They did a great job and even went above and beyond on diagnosing how water was leaking in one spot. At no extra charge they sealed where water was leaking beneath siding and replaced all the rotted wood under the siding too. Easy recommendation to anyone, they know what they're doing and the results show.
