Had a talk with John Deere yesterday about them and was told we were not the only people to file an official dealer complaint. Their customer service is horrendous, and I truly don’t think their service manager knows anything about how to work on equipment. They will not tell you the right price up front they’ll lie and manipulate you with their pricing and then. Hit you with a much larger bill. Would avoid this place at all cost and spend your money somewhere else.

They are great at throwing parts at something to see if it will work but they cant diagnose a problem to save their lives. I first dealt with their service writer Nate who gave me a price and when i texted him to tell him no I was going to pick my machine up he didn't immediately answer. 24 hours later he calls and cusses me out saying that my machine was already taken apart. kind of crazy how it mysteriously gets taken apart in the 24 hours I don't hear from them. I then talk to jay the service manager who isn't much help either but agree to just letting them do the work since it's in pieces and they want to deliver it back to me that way. I'm told I'll have my machine back in a week. I was quoted $9,100.00, after the service the bill changes to almost $11,000.00. the kicker in this scenario? now it needs another $3500 worth of work and isn't running right. Says it's the injectors. The quoted injectors at first but he said he had his mechanic run a diagnostic test on the injectors prior to the work being completed and they all passed so we decided it didn't need injectors. i am fed up with this place, I WOULD 100% NEVER RECCOMEND recommend place for service or repair. Their own techs tell you how terrible of a place it is see other reviews
