Not true, the warranty does not cover anything install gives you a discount for them to fix items $39,800 for windows and a patio slider door. We were also told this company does not use subcontractors! This was also a lie as that is who came to my house house to install the windows eventually an actual employee came to check on them then left. This company lies and uses fraudulent sales tactics. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.
