  My parents had a new walk in shower installed yesterday. Only took about 5 hours. The installers even vacuumed the porch and driveway after. They were a couple of pleasant professional guys. They did very good work and we are very happy with results. Thank you for employing such good hard workers. They did a fine outstanding job.

  Our 8 new windows are beautiful! Our experience with Mad City started with Aric the salesman. He was very professional and polite, but a typical aggressive salesman wanting to make a sale. The Subcontractor Mad City had sent Rich Rager did an amazing job. The price was more then most window companies but they have a Lifetime and transferable warranty. So far very please.   Great experience! Erin did our kitchen cabiinet reface job. Excellent installer, paid attention to detail and cleaned up every day. Answered all my questions and concerns. Had an shipping issue with the bar top but the team kept at it until it was done right. Great team effort and I would recommend Mad City to anyone looking to remodel.

  Mad City replaced my tub with a beautiful walk-in shower. I am handicapped, and have had several falls, so my Mad City walk-in shower makes my life so much more safer and enjoyable. Excellent craftsmanship along with employees who are highly skilled and gracious. Thank you Mad City!

  This company is relentless on annoying you if you ever get a quote for anything at all. This morning I have received 6 calls from 6 different reps And the caller id is a different telephone number every time. ( which is illegal) all from a “call center.” Two years ago we had a very high quote for bathroom work and the sales person kept calling for his manager for a lower rate and this is a one time offer crap. Business cards have wrong zip code for the “office address” here in Columbus Avoid if possible
