  Buyer beware. I'm a contractor who has worked with Lumber liquidators for the past seven years. It used to be a good company, but they have changed policies recently, including their return policy. Now you only have a 30 day return window, which wasn't explained to me upfront but only in the fine print I had to sign. Normally I buy a little extra in case I need it. Wood needs at least 2-3 weeks to acclimate, which leaves almost no time to install under the 30 days. We also had issues with the wood color. Their showroom display showed very little variance in color, but the actual boxes varies wildly. I was able to get my customer to warm up to liking it but the store was not of any assistance. Corporate was no help either as I've argued this through multiple "customer care" agents. After this experience, I will no longer be recommending lumber liquidators to future customers due to miss representing their products and not working with me on a return.

  I called Lumber Liquidators a couple of times to get prices and asked various questions. I spoke to both Christian and Jordan who were knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. It easy to get to and parking was ample. They loaded my countertops into my truck which was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated!

  We used the LL on Morse for our new flooring project and the staff were amazing to work with. Matt the store manager made sure we understood the pros and cons of each type of flooring option and found us a great LVP option that was well under budget. Jordan and Christian were also both very helpful when we needed things and their crew had everything we needed in stock. They were no pressure sales people who just wanted to help us find the best option for our needs while not blowing our budget. We picked up the flooring with in a hour of letting them know our installers were ready for it and they even helped load it all. I would highly recommend them and if we ever needed flooring again they will be our first stop.

  I have nothing but nice things to say about LL they answer the phone and are very polite and always answer my questions. My flooring was delivered yesterday and it's absolutely beautiful!!!

  Bought a beautiful Teak butcher block Island top. Price was great and customer service excellent! The guys that work there are all very friendly and helpful! We had a small hiccup but they made it all right!
