- AUA Google UserNov 2, 20251.0It has not been a great time communicating with this business. I dropped off a couple of glass hutch doors I needed made and at first, things were great. However, getting any updates from this business was like pulling teeth. I'd go weeks without hearing anything and when I did call for an update (which wasn't often), I was met with an attitude nearly every single time which made me dread the few times I called. Months after the first initial contact, I thought the process was finally over until I realized we never received the hardware for the final and last door I had made. The business states that they gave it back but I was certain they in fact, did not. I got back the hardware for the first door, but not the second. Just to be sure, I looked all over my house and car before writing this and surprise, I don't have it because I never got it back. I now have a beautiful, yet useless hutch taking up space in my living room with 3 of the 4 doors on it. It's going to be a pain to try to replace these hinges if I even can. I wish I would have gone anywhere else.
