  Came to Capitol City Glass to have an old metal framed window re-paned. It’s tough to find a shop like this these days - the staff is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. In an age where everything is disposable, they helped me save some awesome antique windows! Will definitely be back for my next project.

  We've needed custom cut glass a few times for shelves at work. Capitol has always got us what we need relatively quickly at a reasonable price. Service has been good. The employees are friendly and easy to communicate with.

  It has not been a great time communicating with this business. I dropped off a couple of glass hutch doors I needed made and at first, things were great. However, getting any updates from this business was like pulling teeth. I'd go weeks without hearing anything and when I did call for an update (which wasn't often), I was met with an attitude nearly every single time which made me dread the few times I called. Months after the first initial contact, I thought the process was finally over until I realized we never received the hardware for the final and last door I had made. The business states that they gave it back but I was certain they in fact, did not. I got back the hardware for the first door, but not the second. Just to be sure, I looked all over my house and car before writing this and surprise, I don't have it because I never got it back. I now have a beautiful, yet useless hutch taking up space in my living room with 3 of the 4 doors on it. It's going to be a pain to try to replace these hinges if I even can. I wish I would have gone anywhere else.

  Took my screen door to them for re-screening and repair. They did a great job! Efficient, professional, and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for your glass and screen needs.
