December 10, 2025 Update: I just added a photo to show the seal on the driveway is now cracking and crumbling. Not even 1 month after it was sprayed. UPDATE: The owner just posted a ridiculous reply and apparently did not look at the pictures of their horrible work. How can you justify what is shown in these pictures as quality work?? 1. The owner NEVER talked to me, I've never spoken with him/her. I've only spoken to Oscar on the phone and customer service when I've called to complain. 2. Our driveway was completely replaced 5 years ago and has been sealed once before you destroyed it. I'm not sure what an "old driveway" is in your book, but 5 years old isn't OLD. I've posted a pic from November 11, 2025 to show what our driveway and sidewalk looked like before it was sprayed. 3. Saying you didn't cause damage when there are pictures clearly showing your worker got sealcoating all over our sidewalk is a lie. It is our property and it is damaged. It's all over our brand new downspouts that were installed less that 1 week before Oscar spray everything. It can't be removed because your worker is inexperienced and put the coating on too thick. 4. Our paint on our garage frame is not flaking. The paint was stripped by your workers when they came back to "CLEAN" the sealcoating off the house. The abrasive chemicals they used that smelled like straight gasoline stripped the paint. The "foreman" even said "this is stripping the paint" while he was using it. They also used this same chemical on the sidewalk and then washed into the street to go into the storm drain. I'm sure the EPA would approve of these methods....I have saved the videos from my Ring doorbell to show this all happened with audio of your foreman stating that the chemicals they were using is stripping the paint. 5. I never said anything in my original review about expecting the driveway to look brand new. I just didn't expect it to look like an eyesore after paying your worker $400 to do a job he said he was qualified to do. 6. I have all text messages saved between Oscar and myself. Before you go lying and accusing a customer of being misleading, perhaps you should speak with him. 7. I've added additional pictures on 11/29/2025, a full FIFTEEN DAYS after Oscar screwed up our property, to show that IT IS STILL WET. You are incredibly dishonest to say that you've reached out to me and addressed my concerns. I have receipts for everything we've had done to our house and before pictures. Do not lie because you refuse to make things right. We have spent over $30k on home improvements to the outside of our home this year. When Oscar with AH Sealcoating came to the front door to offer to seal the driveway on November 14th, we thought that would complete our home's makeover. We were so wrong and were scammed. $400 later and we have a horrendous looking driveway, with damage to our brand new downspouts, our foundation, our sidewalk and the frame of our garage door. The first few pictures are right after Oscar attempted to sealcoat our driveway. He assured us over and over that the pattern would soak into the driveway. Over a week later, we still hadn't parked on the driveway because it was wet. Our garage door seal is stuck to the driveway because he sprayed the coating too thick. I have called the company 6 times to have someone come out to fix our driveway and remove the sealcoating from our property. When someone did come out to remove the sealcoating from our property that he over sprayed, they stripped the paint off our garage door frame. The sidewalk looks worse now because they came out a second time to "FIX" the driveway. The last few pictures are AFTER they came out to spray again. We are seriously considering taking them to small claims court at this point. They've damaged our property and I've not once received a call from the owner to explain why they do business this way. We are going to have to pay someone to fix the damage they've done to our property.

They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are about a month after install when I noticed (10/23/25). Going to be interesting to see it after it's first winter when ice heave breaks it up even worse.

Brendan knocked on our door, very professional and knowledgeable on driveway sealing. Very helpful, not pushy, so we went ahead and had them to our driveway same day. Perfection! They did amazing and I’m glad we had them do it.

Updated: I was contacted by and met with the owner and we are working on a solution to remedy the concerns. I will further update depending on the completion. I've called twice over the past few weeks to speak to someone, and get them to come out to look at my driveway, and no one will call me back despite leaving messages with the reception staff. This group did my driveway two years ago and it started cracking 6 months ago. The edges are falling off full thickness. Throughout the middle there are long partial-thickness cracks. This shouldn't be occurring this fast. I'd be willing to change my review if they make it right. That seems unlikely at this point. I would not trust this group based on my experience.
