Do not use this company! They could not get anything right. Literally even down to the last conversation I had with them.
There were too many failures to list here and make this review valuable , but my last conversation with their customer advocate (Amy) perfectly sums up the entire experience.
About two weeks ago, after yet another, particularly irritating, failure by this company, I decided I was done. But, I have like $40k more work to do and they offer great financing so I decided to try one more time.
I spent 1.5 hours of my time detailing to Amy all of the failures I'd experienced. I explained the work I had remaining and stated I would work with them IF, and only IF, Amy could get me a contact I could work with to eliminate the communication issues.
She assured me, "just give me some time" and I will call you back sometime next week. Well, as normal, they failed to meet their commitment and didn't call me back until today. Nearly two weeks later.
As expected, she addressed none of my concerns. Instead, after talking to their field supervisor Joe, she and Joe decided to take the position that I was unreasonable. She attempted to say that at some point I had demanded services be completed "same day" and they couldn't work under those expectations. This literally never happened.
When I confronted Amy, she claimed the conversation was recorded. When I asked to hear the recording, of course she refused to produce it.
If you are thinking about using this company, you should know just a couple of the unrealistic expectations I had were things like:
1. Quotes accurately reflecting the work to be done
2. Field technicians follow through with the commitments made by the PM (Eddie) who sold me the job
3. Expecting a receipt to accurately reflect the $10k that was paid instead of the receipt for $2500 they gave me
4. And calling back when you say you will
To be fair to Apex, I did have some complications with the job due to some renter health issues, but things like those mentioned above should be "table stakes". If they can't get those right, maybe carefully consider giving them your money

They fried new pump...had wires crossed..price went up from $3400. to $5900. Spent 5 hours on Friday 13...still couldn't fix it so I had to wait til monday...had an electrician come out to check out problem...
They are not electricians. Apex couldn't figure out problem. MY ELECTRICIAN figured out they wired it up wrong which fried new pump. Called customer service...4 times got no response. Finally
Got a hold of someone...After 4 -5 calling .Loooong story short.Apex said it wasa MISUNDERSTANDING...GOT A REFUND OF $2577.00

No stars wasn't a choice.My well pumped quit...called Apex.
Julian came out..was very polite. Quoted me a price of $3400..came out next day...worked on it for 5 hrs...they fried the new pump..they wired it wrong..said price would be $5900. Dummy me paid it. Told Julian I wanted an itemized statement. This was 2/13/26. Still today 3/11/26 No statement No bill..
Had a good friend who happened to be an electrician stop by while Julian was here 3 days later. The Apex guys still didn't fix it .my friend looked at what they were doing...told them to check wiring..they had the wires crossed which fried new pump. Finally after a couple hours..4 days later my pump was fixed.I asked Julian why my bill went from $3400. TO $5900.
told him I wanted itemized bill.

Made an appointment to have them service my furnace at the beginning of November, they couldn’t make it till December 4th. My furnace couldn’t wait that long kicked out on thanksgiving, Had to replace the pressure switch in my furnace myself to keep the family warm, relieved my appointment was to following week, December 4th rolls around I took the day off to make sure I wouldn’t miss him, waiting until 9 pm for them not to show up. I’m writing this review in March because that’s how long it took Apex to reach out “feeling bad” about missing my appointment in December. In the time it took them for me to make my appointment, wait the 3 weeks for apex to miss my appointment, for the furnace to break down and fix it myself, I literally changed careers and joined an HVAC company and have been working there since January fixing other people’s furnaces before Apex could call me back. They called me back March 4th to remind me they missed my December appointment. Disappointing lack of service is the biggest understatement of the year.
