  Great experience from start to finish. The pricing is fair and transparent, delivery and pickup were right on time, and there were no surprise fees. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy - highly recommend!

  Affordable Dumpers?? No more like Horrible Dumpsters! We were charged for items that we did not dispose of. We contacted customer service asking for photo proof and they couldn’t provide it, yet continue to bill us for those items. Beware of horrible customer service.

  Firs: The dumpster was left far from the place was asked by my plumber who was present and was ignored by driver. Then they charged me for extra 4 days while it was only 3 days and they agreed to change the days to 3 . Originally I paid 370$ for 1000 pounds material but Later I was charged again over 600 $ more for extra weight of 7000 pound before discussing it with me. Just because they have your Credit Card they can not charge you specially when it comes to such a high amount. Also there is no proof provided by them that the weight of material disposed was 7000 pounds extra. 7000 pounds extra is an exaggeration and could be seen and discussed before charging my Credit Card. I do not recommend them at all. Definitely not affordable. Several Hidden and miss directed information's. No of course smile in my face as it says in their Phone message.

  I have done business with this company in the past and had no issues. Recently, I ordered a dumpster from them for a home clean out and hired labor for a Friday drop off. No dumpster was ever delivered. The company has no weekend support so I had contact them Monday. On Monday, I was informed that the dumpster was delivered to the wrong address. I explained the situation and my frustration to a person with leadership and she showed no empathy of any sorts and was very short with me as if I had made the mistake. She then asked “So what do you want us to do”? I replied “if you cant make this right nothing, Please just cancel the order”. There are quite a few options for a dumpster rental available in the Columbus area, use a company that appreciates its customers and has integrity. I will never use this company again!

  Ou of all the choices in the Columbus and Worthington area you were my choice because of the straightforward approach to competitive pricing, ordering, de3livering and pick up. The worlds a busy place for all of use but your team did not add to that. Everyone was relaxed, helpful and professional. Your Maen that dropped off and picked up the unit were pleasant, engaging, professional and clean. For someone like me that doesn't have a lot of experience with your industry, I was pleasantly surprised. thanks for your help.
