Needed water heater replaced. They came out same day, quoted and replaced it over the next 2 or 3 hours. Yes it was expensive at $2600+ but it's a 50 gallon electric Bradford White with 10 year warranty and old one hauled away. Mark provided clear communication and did a clean professional install.
Two gentlemen showed up, August and Noah. They did a camera of a lateral sewer pipe out to the main. They were very thorough, and didn't try to oversell me. Good technicians, they reflect well on Neyer plumbing.

I wanted to give a shout out to Mark and Brandon for fixing the issue with my sump pump. They showed up on time, very professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. It was the check valve that failed. It was replaced and they did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I have used Ken Neyer for a long time and would not hesitate to call them back.

August and Noah showed up on time and provided the most competitive quote in the tristate and then got my issue resolved with HyrdroJetting without damaging my copper pipes. They had the equipment on hand so no rescheduling needed unlike their local competitors(you know who they are).
I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family because I was disappointed in the other companies that run commercials everyday and boast about how they aren’t bought out by investment firms but then bring faulty and distressed equipment into your home and quote you 65% and one case 200% more that the job calls for.
I’ll continue to use Ken Neyer Plumbing until they make me choose otherwise.

UPDATE 3/3: Can’t say enough great things about this company & Doug and Brandon! Work completed today. We had A LOT going on & they handled everything so beautifully & it was clear the customer is #1. Not understanding why things are working like they are & the growing expenses is stressful. Add to that a very poor experience w another plumbing company last week. Doug & Brandon were everything a customer needs - education; ensuring needs are met & we feel well taken care of.
