  I had a great experience with Ken Neyer Plumbing! The woman I spoke with on the phone when I scheduled my appointment was kind and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technicians that provided our service (August and Noah) were friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be fixed and were transparent about the cost. I would recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing service!

  Rebuilt tiolet guts and runs the way it should now. Good job. Glad water pressure was checked as part of service as adjustment was needed and taken care of. They thought water pressure valve was shot but tried it and was adjustable. Educated us for recommendations and gave us quotes to consider for future. Nathan and Shelby were pleasant to work with.

  I contacted Neyer to provide an estimate for several issues discovered during a home inspection. The main issue, a blocked and bellied sewer lateral, was discovered by the home inspector using their light duty scope. I told Neyer I'd like them to re-scope it if it would reveal what the blockage was, what the state of the pipe was beyond the blockage, and if they could locate exactly where the blockage was for excavation. They had no problem charging me $280+ and then informed me that they couldn't answer any of my questions. I then asked for an estimate to excavate and repair and was told that their sewer team would have to provide that info. I called or texted every day after that for five days, and was either told that the information was coming soon or that a manager would call. Here we are at the end of my inspection window and I don't have the information I need to make an informed counter offer. I will obviously never use Neyer, and if you're reading this I'd encourage you to look elsewhere, too.

  Kudos to Nathan M and Doug L, 2 remarkably professional representatives of Ken Neyer Plumbing. I had water softener problems, needed recommendations on what to do. Nathan M arrived on time, identified himself and immediately covered his shoes with booties to protect the floor. He assessed everything and gave me 3 options for replacement. He also noted a water pressure problem that had exacerbated the existing softener failure. After thoroughly explaining everything, I selected the best option for me, and Nathan assured me all could be completed that day. He called in Doug L to help get the job done, another courteous and polite person who introduced himself and immediately covered his shoes. They kept me informed throughout the installation so I knew what to expect. Best of all, they left the area around the softener much cleaner than they found it!

  Top Notch!! Ken Neyer Plumbing provided the best customer service I have ever received! From the moment we contacted Neyer Plumbing, to the time of completion, everyone we worked with was above and beyond expectations. On 10 February we noticed a leak in our basement that we thought was a foundation breach around the main water line. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the main water feed line coming into the house had a crack in it. At that point, we turned off the water supply and spoke with Lisa at the main desk. Lisa was wonderful and compassionate. She had Logan at our house 2-3 hours later to do a field evaluation. Logan worked with Jeremy in the office to get a recovery plan started, and a team to our location the next morning. On 11 February a team of professionals arrived. They took the time to ensure they understood the entirety of the situation on that ground, and, that we understood the plan for repairs. John, Michael and Mark spent 5 hours working and keeping us up to date on their progress. Upon completion they showed us the results of their work and ensured we were happy, which we are. However, that is when they continued to support our situation to help locate a separate water leak on the property. This took them another hour to help locate and isolate the issue (they are working up an estimate at this time to recover that issue in the future). Courteous and professional the whole way through! Not only did they sweep the dirt off the walkway, but they also cleaned up our make-shift efforts to contain the leak in the basement after they were finished. We could not be more pleased with the response, courtesy and professionalism of the Ken Neyer Plumbing Team!
