- DRDavid RogersAug 23, 20241.0We have used reliable for years at our boat dock and for the entire season each year. This year has been absolutely terrible! I do not know what has happened but they do not show to clean the porta poty. It went a month this summer without a clean and when I called I was told they couldn’t get there until the next clean date and that it was a courtesy to clean and they would not give me any credit even though I couldn’t use it. Now once again they haven’t cleaned again. I am glad this season with them is about over and we will NOT be using them again!

It was placed by the back door where you go into the house, who would place a toilet there. I have cameras on the house and seen where it was placed. Called company back spoke with female and she assured me that someone would call back and move to where it should have been placed. I ended up having to get someone to help me move it. Called back spoke with someone who was no HELP at all

Should I rent a restroom trailer instead of a porta potty?
If you are looking for a more luxurious option, restroom trailers are a good fit, but if you're looking for a quick, budget-friendly option, porta potties will work best for you. Restroom trailers are larger and have running water, mirrors, laminate flooring and lighting. They do require water and electricity hookups, so if you do not have access to those, porta potties would be a better fit for you.
How many porta potties do I need for my jobsite?
A good rule of thumb for your jobsite is to have one portable restroom for every 10 workers in a 40-hour workweek, then increase the number of porta potties as your workforce and work hours increase.
How many handwashing stations do I need for an event?
You should have one handwashing station for every four porta potties. Portable sinks or hand sanitizer stations are required if your event includes food service.
